Refund policy
With the exception of damaged, defective, incorrect, and/or undelivered orders, all sales are final and no exchanges or refunds will be granted. See below for each of these contingencies (and please email us at customerservice@meta-appropriated.com ASAP to alert us if you believe you are entitled to an exchange or refund).
If your order is damaged, defective, and/or incorrect, then you can opt to either exchange your item(s) or receive a refund. The exchange or refund will be granted once we have received your returned item(s). See below for our return address, and you must return item(s) using USPS First-Class Mail. If you opt for an exchange, Meta-Appropriated will credit your method of payment for your shipping costs to return the damaged, defective, and/or incorrect item(s). If you opt for a refund, Meta-Appropriated will credit your method of payment for your shipping costs to return the damaged, defective, and/or incorrect item(s) and for your original purchase price (including taxes and shipping).
If your order is undelivered, then you can opt to either receive a refund or have a replacement order sent to you. If you opt for a refund, Meta-Appropriated will credit your method of payment for your original purchase price (including taxes and shipping). If you opt for a replacement order, then Meta-Appropriated will send you a replacement order with no shipping costs.
